Using this code, you may check into the unit anytime AFTER 3pm on your date of arrival. Checkout is NO LATER than 11 AM. Early check-ins and late checkouts are admissible only by previous agreement. It is the guests’ responsibility to print, save or otherwise note their access code before arrival. Hawaii Volcano Vacations will not issue any refunds as a result of failure to do so.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The nightly rate for this property is for a double occupancy (2 guests). If you intend to have additional occupants over the age of 3 join you in this home please advise us prior to arrival so we may adequately supply the home for the additional guests and charge accordingly.

  • Temporary visits by unpaid guests are limited to a maximum of 5 people.

This includes the provision of fresh towels, linens, a starter set of paper products (i.e. toilet paper and paper towels), coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, and toiletries (where applicable). Guests should feel free to enjoy the house and to leave soiled linens and towels for the housekeeper to launder.
